We are searching for a talented Audiologist

Hours: Per Diem

Shift: Day/Evening shift; Mon, Tue and Fri would be available days to work, hours are flexible

Location: Outpatient Rehab - Hanover St. Fall River

Responsibilities

Under direction of individually assigned Team Leader or designee, perform diversified patient care and related duties within the Rehabilitation Services Department.


Qualifications

  • A Masters Degree in Audiology is required.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association is required.
  • Current Massachusetts License in Audiology is required.
  • One (1) year of experience is preferred. CPR certification required.
  • CPR certification required.
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluation to assess hearing and balance issues.

  • Provide comprehensive audiologic services including pure tone and speech testing, Immitance testing, Otoacoustic Emission Testing, ABR (threshold search and neurologic).

  • Experience with all age groups.

  • Hearing aid experience and/or VNG a plus.

  • Provide counseling and education to patient and their families on hearing loss management.

  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.



Pay Range

USD $55.00 - USD $55.00 /Hr.
