Responsibilities Under the direction of the Director or designee and in collaborative partnership with practice leadership of assigned practice(s): Perform diversified duties to design, implement, and improve the clinical practice and workflows within the service line or care center consistent with the strategic vision of the organization. Coordinate clinical operations and activities involving clinical support personnel (e.g., nurses, medical assistants). Provide guidance and support to clinical support personnel. Implement clinical workflows, lead performance improvement projects, and follow-up on quality and patient safety concerns. Collaborate with Professional Development team to onboard, educate, assess competency of, and monitor clinical staff performance. Ensure clinical operations and practice environment of care promote safe and high-quality patient care. Qualifications
