We are searching for a talented RN-Regional Amb Resource

Hours: 40hrs

Shift: Day shift; 8:00am - 4:30pm

Location: Primary Care : Fall River, MA

Travel: Driving on average 3 or more times per week required

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Director or designee and in collaborative partnership with practice leadership of assigned practice(s): Perform diversified duties to design, implement, and improve the clinical practice and workflows within the service line or care center consistent with the strategic vision of the organization. Coordinate clinical operations and activities involving clinical support personnel (e.g., nurses, medical assistants). Provide guidance and support to clinical support personnel. Implement clinical workflows, lead performance improvement projects, and follow-up on quality and patient safety concerns. Collaborate with Professional Development team to onboard, educate, assess competency of, and monitor clinical staff performance. Ensure clinical operations and practice environment of care promote safe and high-quality patient care.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years nursing or relevant clinical experience required.
  • Three years of medical office experience required.
  • Bachelors degree in Nursing or related field highly desirable.
  • Current RN licensure in the Commonwealth of MA and/or RI is required.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Must possess and demonstrate highly effective interpersonal, communication and leadership skills and be able manage multiple priorities.
  • Requires computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience.
  • Current BLS certification is required.
  • Certification in Ambulatory Nursing or applicable specialty desirable.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.



Pay Range

USD $40.48 - USD $74.05 /Hr.
