At Baxter, our mission is to save and sustain lives, and as the Director of Supply Chain at our Round Lake pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, you'll play a crucial role in making that mission a reality. This role is at the heart of a major transformation, where you'll ensure our products are delivered to the right place at the right time. By coordinating the supply planning for raw materials and finished goods, you'll drive critical initiatives that optimize inventory, improve profitability, and respond to dynamic market conditions. This is your chance to create a direct impact on global healthcare, leading cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations across fulfillment, demand planning, and distribution. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $160,000 - $220,000annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, commission, and/or long-term incentive.
