Primary Purpose Overall responsibility for the continued development and operations of business line, which includes the financial performance, customer satisfaction and compliance with governmental regulations as well as Company policies/procedures. Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Education: Four year college degree required; finance or business major preferred. Experience: Five or more years of related business experience required, reasonable P and L experience and experience with TSDF's preferred. Knowledge and Abilities: Thorough knowledge and understanding of all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations pertaining to the environmental services industry. Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with internal and external contacts. Excellent organizational skills. Requires strong organizational, problem solving, oral communications, writing and customer service skills. Strong software abilities in Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel and Access are required.
