Join our mission-driven team as an MST Clinical Supervisor at our CSI El Dorado Office in El Dorado, Kansas. You'll play a key role in overseeing and guiding the clinical work of MST therapists, ensuring that services provided to clients are of high quality, ethical, and effective. The MST Clinical Supervisor will be required to provide on-call support to therapists implementing MST. MST Supervisors can be required to drive an average of 30-45 minutes from the CSI El Dorado Office. We are currently seeking an MST Clinical Supervisor to service the following counties of: Butler, Chase, Chautauqua, Coffey, Cowley, Elk, Greenwood, Lyon, and Marion What is Multisystemic Therapy (MST)? Multisystemic Therapy (MST) typically targets chronic, violent, or substance-abusing juvenile offender ages 12 through 17. MST's home-based therapy design helps overcome barriers to service, increases family retention in treatment, allows for the provision of the intensive services (i.e., therapists have a maximum of 6 cases), and enhances the maintenance of successful behavior change.
