Reporting to the Director of On Premise, you will grow the sales and marketing of Red Bull North America (RBNA) in the On Premise accounts in your assigned region. You will lead a team of Musketeers (On Premise Specialists), ensuring efficient area coverage to improve the return of our investments and help us develop the brand image within the On Premise. EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: 4+ years sales experience 2+ years of Management Experience On premise industry knowledge, contacts and experience in "the scene" Negotiation experience Must have a valid U.S. driver's license Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage Travel 10-20% Permanent Benefits eligible
