Position Overview:

We are seeking a Project Manager with at least 5 years of relevant experience to oversee small to intermediate projects throughout the development lifecycle. This role will involve managing project scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs, and changes.
Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage all aspects of project development, from initial planning to completion.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project parameters and translate customer needs into formal requirements.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and status reports, overseeing task assignments and managing project scope throughout the lifecycle.
  • Interface with all areas impacted by the project, including end users, service organizations, vendors, and implementation partners.
  • Review project deliverables for accuracy, identifying risks and issues while recommending mitigations.
  • Ensure a smooth transfer of custody and control of the product upon handoff and finalize all project documentation for archiving.


Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the industry and strong understanding of carrier soft costs required.
  • Proficiency in Excel and excellent communication skills are necessary.
  • Prior experience with project management in a similar environment is preferred.


Additional Details:

  • The role supports the LRP build and involves day-to-day management of data, milestone forecasts, and documentation uploads.
  • Experience with data analysis and gathering updates from vendors is crucial, as is participation in regular calls with site acquisition vendors.
  • The position is hybrid, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM. Extensions may be possible.


Desired Skills:

  • Proficient in Excel data analysis (pivot tables, formulas), Word, SharePoint, and project management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and teamwork orientation are essential.
  • Previous experience in real estate, soft cost work, and build-to-suit vendor management is highly desirable.
