SMT Operator - Swing Shift

Job Purpose:

Sets up and operates a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used in the production of the company's product. Works from process sheets or written/verbal instructions given by supervisor to perform production tasks. Checks and inspects operation against predetermined tolerances.

Nature of Duties/Responsibilities:

• Must be able to set-up and run automated SMT assembly equipment including Screen Printer, Pick and Place Machine (Fuji AIMEXII preferred), and Reflow Oven
• Must be able to interpret IPC-610 standards for acceptability and customer specifications.
• Must be able to read prints and interpret color codes on wires and components.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 4years of experience with SMT
• Must be familiar with Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) electronic components and SMT assembly process.
• Must be able to read and understand English.

Salary Range(annual): $42,100 - $54,080 ($20 - $26 / hourly)
