CDI Engineering Solutions is a multi-disciplinary engineering organization offering a full range of integrated engineering design, project support, procurement and construction management services to the energy and chemicals industries.

The Environmental Support position is critical to the success of the business. This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental regulations with focus of water and waste coordination and implementation of existing systems.

Complete, document (for record keepiug purposes) and submit to the required annual, semi- annual, monthly, weekly, and/or daily environmental reports for the plant-wide operations. These reports include, but are not limited Water Development Board Reports, Annual Waste Summary, NSPS reports, and TPDES wastewater reports.

Interface with support and supply vendor for completion of permit requirement, schedule any required testing, and provide additional follow-up documentation as required.

Support operations on issues related to wastewater treatment, and hazardous waste disposal and maintenance activities.

Coordinate potable water. wastewater, and storm water sampling. discharge monitoring, and waste shipment tracking.

Assist environmental improvement and waste reduction projects to help meet company sustainability goals.

Participate in communication effort with local Citizen's Advisory Council by providing periodic report, attending meeting, and other written communication.

Audit and track completion of routine tasks such as wastewater sample collection, waste inventory, and waste profiling as need to meet compliance requirements.

Assist with documentation and review of other area related to general environmental compliance.

2 - 5 years of experience in the environmental field, preferably at chemical manufacturing facility.

Demonstrated experience applying environmental regulations (ex. RCRA and Clean Water Act).

Strong excel skill preferred.

Associate/Bachelor's Degree in related field.
