Job Description
JOB OBJECTIVE: The Resources & Collections Intern will support key projects related to the organization and preservation of corporate history. This includes contributing to the corporate artwork collection tour, corporate timeline update, and oral history initiative. The intern will help manage physical and digital assets, ensuring accuracy and accessibility in the company's Digital Asset Management (DAM) system. Additionally, the intern will play a role in project management tasks to ensure successful execution of these initiatives. CORE DUTIES: 9. Embracing and being open to incorporating Promega's 6 Emotional & Social Intelligence (ESI) core principles in daily work. 10. Understands and complies with ethical, legal and regulatory requirements applicable to our business. KEY QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in library sciences, history, museum studies, or a related field. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Previous experience with digital archiving platforms.
