Job Summary:
The University of Wisconsin Carbone Cancer Center (UWCCC) is seeking a Clinical Research Site Manager to support oncology clinical research at the new UW Health Eastpark Medical Center (EMC), opening for patient care in Fall 2024. This role is crucial for maintaining high-level operations at our new location. The Clinical Research Site Manager will work collaboratively with research teams, administration, investigators, support services, and clinical partners. As a member of the UWCCC Clinical Research Central Office (CRCO), the Site Manager will report to the Senior Clinical Research Operations Manager. Key Responsibilities: We are looking for a candidate who is independent and proactive with strong problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be highly organized with keen attention to detail, an excellent communicator, and a strong collaborator who can work effectively with diverse teams. Responsibilities: Plans, analyzes, manages, coordinates, and tracks projects and quality improvement efforts for processes, procedures, and systems.
