The Children's GMP, LLC Quality Control Department is looking for someone to fulfill the role of Senior Quality Control Specialist to be a part of the Release Testing and Real-Time Stability Testing Team within the department. The main role is to support the department by training, becoming competent, and fully understanding effective release assay SOPs, aide in the development of new release testing assays, participate in assay validations, and perform the release testing of drug products, drug substances, in-process samples, and reagents manufactured by Children's GMP, LLC. To be a successful member of the Quality Control team one is expected to have strong communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Laboratory Skillsets: Aseptic technique, cell and tissue culture, cell-based assays for characterizing cell and gene therapy products, ELISA, dPCR, TCID50 assays, NGS experience, flow cytometry, sterility testing, bioburden testing, etc. Strong scientific method writing and review skills preferred. Preferred Experience: Familiarity with working in a cGMP environment. Quality Control Laboratory experience. Experience working in a regulated environment. Experience with GxP software systems. Experience with Microsoft Office applications. Experience with following and/or creating Standard Operating Procedures. Job Responsibilities:

This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
