We are looking for a dedicated Quality Specialist who will be reporting to Quality Responsible to uphold this principle by facilitating seamless communication on quality and food safety between our co-manufacturer and the plant. In our company, as all the Ferrerians are always encouraged to learn more and perform more, you will also be in charge of guaranteering that the production unit at plant and co-manufacturer operates in the respect of quality standards determined by Group Quality Department and respecting product features determined by the Product Quality Specification. Your contributions to training staff at the plant and co-manufacturer will be instrumental in meeting quality goals.

• Ensure the efficient communication between the co-manufacturer and Ferrero plant about quality related issues for product, food safety, quality system and laboratories
• Apply the unique product specification on the co-manufacturer and Ferrero plant lines until the maturation warehouse using the corporate information system (SAP- IPC-Fenice)
• Control and verify the availability and conformity of recorded statements reported in the weekly/monthly quality reports, on SAP records and at auto-controls
• Oversee the management of blockages/releases due to quality concerns and address any Non-Conformities in conjunction with exceptional sampling procedures
• In case of incidents or anomalies, cooperate along with the Plant/co-manufacturer quality team to determine and implementing corrective actions
• Engage in both scheduled and unscheduled internal/external audits concerning Product and Food Safety, and play a role in the development and execution of action plans
• Attend the trials for Raw Material and pack on the line, check the effectiveness of the result on the product
• Plan, organize, provide and assess results for training to auto-control employees and for outsourcers/co-manufacturer, in terms of quality control, to be executed on production lines, handle traceability of training provided
• Assist in handling of consumer complaints

• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge in DQG's quality standards and specifications, encompassing sampling methods, laboratory analytical procedures, as well as chemistry and microbiology
• Expertise in calibration techniques
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Turkish
• Possession of a Category B driving license and experience as an active driver. Mobility between Torbal/ zmir and Manisa is required
