Responsibilities

* Collaborates with creative team members on the planning and implementation of photography assignments, ensuring project goals and timelines are met.
* Oversees the organization, storage, and retrieval of digital assets, maintaining quality and consistency of digital asset management systems.
* Communicates with internal stakeholders to gather project requirements and provide updates on project status.
* Reviews the quality of photography deliverables and digital assets, ensuring alignment with company standards, project briefs, and brand guidelines.
* Assists with budget tracking, invoicing, and maintaining project documentation.
* Provides support to clients, team members, and other departments, ensuring continuous quality and service improvement.



Qualifications

Education Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Marketing, Communication, or related field, required.

Skills:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with various stakeholders and audiences.
* Effective planning, organizational, and analytical skills. Problem solving and conflict management skills.
* Proficiency with project management tools and software.
* Working knowledge of video, photography, and graphic design.
* Familiarity with digital asset management systems and photography workflows.

Experience:
* Two years of marketing, communication, journalism, or equivalent experience, required.
* One year of project management experience, preferred.
* Healthcare experience, preferred.
