We are seeking a highly skilled Test Analyst with a background in the financial sector and experience in large greenfield implementations of ServiceNow. In this pivotal role, you will drive the testing of multiple areas of the platform and optimization of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they meet our strategic goals and deliver exceptional value.

About the team

We are building a world class IT Service Management (ITSM) team from the ground up, using the ServiceNow platform to empower colleagues to delivery exceptional market leading services to our internal and external clients.

This is your opportunity to join the rapidly growing ServiceNow platform team with a focus on driving Worldpay forwards in the way it makes knowledge-based decisions, built on solid data-driven evidence to improve our colleague and client experience, drive efficiency and cost savings, and improve the way we delivery service.

What you'll own

You will be responsible for all forms of testing (unit, syste, SIT, UAT, ATF) for specific modules within the greenfield instance of ServiceNow. The specific modules will be dependent on your knowledge and experience as well as the requirements within the testing team.

  • Own the full testing lifecycle on the ServiceNow platform for specific modules this includes UAT, non-functional, integration and regression testing of all modules, Ensuring consistency on every testing cycle for existing and new modules.

  • Implement, maintain, and own automated testing (most likely using ATF)

  • Creation and executing test plans and test cases.

What you bring:

  • 3 year's experience leading testing on the ServiceNow platforms, ideally with experience on large scale green field projects.

  • Experience setting up automated testing on the ServiceNow platform.

  • ServiceNow ITSM Expertise: Significant experience with ServiceNow , including a deep understanding of the platform's capabilities and customization options.

  • Experienced in working with business stakeholders and developers to ensure full understanding of all modules and scoped applications.

  • Experience in working on large global greenfield implementations

  • A desire to deliver a best-in-class platform to a global userbase which will use every area of the platform

The pay range for this full-time position is $89,180.00 - $149,820.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
