This position is within Acadia. Acadia is wholly owned by LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) and is part of its Post Trade division.

The Manager, DevOps is a team lead role with experience in running Linux deployments, and both Windows Server deployments and patching. This role requires infrastructure experience with deep networking skills and the ability to professionally manage technology vendors.

Extensive travel to on-premises data centres and relationships with BT Radianz, Equinix and Crown Castle is a critical part of successfully running our technology operations. This travel is often required with very little notice to take care of hardware emergencies.

Current knowledge of attack vectors and cyber mitigations is crucial.

Role Responsibilities
  • Cyber tooling for both device management and server security.
  • Identity and Access Management including extensive multi-factor authentication responsibilities.
  • Jira integration, operations and upgrades.
  • Deployments & patching.
  • Deep networking responsibilities across LAN, WAN and private lines.
  • Responsible for management of hardware maintenance and planning capacity.
Experience and Qualifications Required
  • Microsoft certifications
  • Outlook, O365 and Azure administration
  • Active directory / Entra administration
  • Intune, CrowdStrike, Qualys, Blackduck and Dome9 tools
  • Leadership or management experience
  • Customer management experience
