What this position entails

At IntelliScript, customization is the name of the game, so no two days are truly ever alike. We invite you to bring your creativity and natural drive for solving problems to promote our industry-leading technology. We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager for our Irix suite of identified data interpretation products. You will partner closely with others within the organization to analyze, strategize, establish, refine, and create effective marketing strategies, messaging, and content geared towards our target buyers and users.

This is a new role in the Marketing Department at IntelliScript, so you will lead the way in establishing this critical function in our company. You'll need to be assertive, diplomatic, and collaborative as you connect with product and sales leaders. You'll become Marketing's Irix product subject matter expert with deep knowledge of our customers, users, and competitors to drive strategy, positioning, and messaging in all product marketing and sales enablement activities.

What you'll be doing



  • Own and drive marketing efforts for the Irix product suite, with prioritization, execution, and efficiency imperative for success
  • Lead and execute go-to-market and product growth and retention strategies for on-market and new products
  • Lead and drive product line customer segmentation, positioning, and messaging
  • Ensure market information is acquired, competitive activity is monitored, and customer needs are identified so those needs can be translated into marketing positioning and activities
  • Execute and report on the performance of funnel of campaigns with an interactive, data-driven approach to all campaign tactics in close collaboration with other departments
  • Drive a high level of engagement and collaboration across other departments to ensure coordination of activities align to common goals
  • Create sales enablement and customer-facing content in close collaboration with Marketing team and product management
  • Implement best practices in brand and product marketing


What we need



  • 5-10+ years of relevant B2B experience
  • 3-5+ years of experience in product marketing
  • Experience in software-as-a-service, actuarial or data science, and/or insurance underwriting industry
  • Strong cross-functional project management skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence internal and external audience, both written and verbally
  • Mastery in go-to-market methodology and product marketing principles
  • Mastery in competitive market analysis
  • Ability to write and create product content, quickly and concisely, for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience and proven track record of driving adoption, growth, and results for an established product

Location

The expected application deadline for this job is November 20, 2024. This position is open to remote work. Applicants must be willing to travel to the Milliman office in Brookfield, WI, as needed and travel nationwide for meetings, conferences, and team events.

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $173,000 depending on a combination of factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, qualifications, certifications, location, etc. In addition, we offer a signicant performance-based bonus plan, prot sharing, and generous benets.
