The Change Enablement team provides Change Enablement (formally referred to Organizational Change Management) support for employee engagement initiatives and technology solution projects within assigned segments of the organization. This role also works with key project stakeholders and team members to:

  • Translate project requirements into specific objectives and tasks,
  • Schedule and conduct project readiness meetings to keep all relevant stakeholders informed of progress, developments and challenges.
  • Implement change and engagement activities as needed.


The person in this role:

  • May lead smaller and/or less complex projects.
  • Supports project impact analyses, assessing readiness for change and identifying key stakeholders.
  • Contributes to the identification of potential change resistance and supports development of strategies / tactics to overcome anticipated resistance.
  • Works with Change Enablement colleagues to define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
  • Collaborates with Change Enablement team members and stakeholders to develop communication and materials to help with change implementation, education and information sharing.
  • Schedules training sessions with end-users and may assist with conducting portions of training sessions.


Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities

  • Implements change management tasks while ensuring quality standards, consistency in delivery, and balancing workloads.
  • Adhere to key change milestones and delivery timelines, partner with project managers and product owners. Ensure the change task or workstream remains on track by conducting routine assessments to validate progress and outcomes.
  • Execute communications plan for internal corporate-wide and/or department-specific employee communications for employee engagement and/or technology solution initiatives. Collaborate with team members on creative methods for stakeholder communications.
  • Assist with addressing resistance: Plan and work with change roles to identify and mitigate user resistance. Support change champions network strategy as applicable.


Skills & Competencies

  • General understanding and some experience within the change management function
  • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with project management approaches and integrating change management milestones and deliverables into project plans


Education & Experience

  • Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or relevant field
  • Change Management Certification is a nice to have
  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Experience mentoring team members in change management
  • Strong attention to detail

Intern/Co-Op sessions are considered temporary employment. No full-time employment commitments are made. However, depending on our business needs, some interns may be considered for a full-time position following the conclusion of the session conditioned upon the intern graduating from their academic program and being available to commence full-time employment at a specified time.

Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship.

USD 23.17 - 34.81 per hour

Compensation:

Hourly base pay rate is $23.17 - $34.81/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
