JOB SUMMARY:

The Associate Director, Global People Empowerment, is responsible for the planning, developing, and execution of tactics that support the continuous learning and growth mindset of employees. This pivotal position will be instrumental in overseeing existing learning and development programs and initiatives while spearheading the implementation of new development offerings designed to foster organizational growth and development. Collaborating with business leaders, global teams, HR Business Partners and external partners, you will develop and deliver engaging, impactful, and sustainable learning solutions. #LI-Remote

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with company goals, incorporating strategic planning.
* Conduct regular needs assessments to determine learning priorities and design practical strategies to address training gaps in leadership, management, and skills.
* Provide thought leadership in instructional design, adult learning theory, presentation skills, technical content, and training evaluation methods.
* Promote a culture of continuous growth and development, ensuring the learning strategy is forward-looking and incorporates emerging trends.
* Partner with business to lead organizational effectiveness interventions.
* Cultivate and manage external training partnerships and resources, evaluating and managing vendor partnerships.
* Oversee a diverse range of learning programs, including eLearning, instructor-led training, and on-the-job experiences.
* Customize and deliver training programs to meet the unique needs of different departments.
* Leverage innovative methodologies and technologies to enhance the effectiveness and engagement of learning programs.
* Oversee the creation and curation of high-quality training content, ensuring materials are up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with best practices.
* Efficiently manage the learning and development budget, allocating resources effectively.
* Measure the impact and effectiveness of learning initiatives, analyzing data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
* Report on the outcomes of learning initiatives to the Leadership Team.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree in human resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field.
* Minimum of 7 years of global HR experience with a focus on learning and development, training, and/or organizational development.
* Knowledge of blended learning methods, including LMS, digital engagement platforms, and distance learning.
* Corporate training experience preferred, with an emphasis on adult learning principles and soft skills.
* Consultative abilities with demonstrated experience identifying internal client needs and recommending effective L&D solutions.
* Excellent communication skills; experience in formal and informal presentation and facilitation.
* Ability to build meaningful relationships with leaders at all levels across the organization.
* Comfort with ambiguity, autonomy, and responsibility; proactive in identifying and addressing needs.
* Certifications in soft skills programs, instructional design, and interest or experience in AI are advantageous.
* Exercises a high level of confidentiality and professional judgment.
* Ability to work closely and collaboratively with senior leaders and team members across a global organization.
* Strong initiative and ability to multitask and set priorities.
* A sense of humor and team player mentality is a must.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Travel up to 25%
