Casual Staff - ITS Content Administrator

Position Summary:



The ITS Part-Time Content Administrator updates and maintains ITS' Teams/SharePoint and website presence. The successful candidate collaborates with ITS functional disciplines and other departments to ensure up-to-date, relevant, and optimally functioning internal websites. The candidate will develop a sensible taxonomy for ITS topics and disciplines and apply them to existing data sets.

This is a part-time position with an expected workload of approximately 5 hours/week.



Position Responsibilities:




  • Update and maintain ITS's SharePoint and website presence
  • Develop appropriate taxonomy for ITS topics and apply it to existing and new data sets



Experience & Educational Background:




  • Associate's degree in IT related Field
  • 1-2 years of professional work within an IT environment



Skills & Competencies:




  • Knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Application topics within an educational environment
  • Experience with creating and maintaining MSFT SharePoint/Teams
  • Experience with MS Office Suite
  • Experience managing an email inbox and collaboration tools
  • Experience with website administration preferred



Salary Range:



$45.00 - $55.00 per hour
