Position Highlights This position will guide campus partners through the development and maintenance process and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure all administrative processes are addressed efficiently. This position is responsible for collecting and analyzing enrollment & forecasting data, managing the course development process, and maintaining transparency between Arizona Online and campus partners. The purpose of these positions is to ensure academic partners have the resource and implementation support necessary to successfully transition their in-person degrees into a fully Online modality.

Duties & Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

Data Analytics

  • Collects and analyzes enrollment and forecasting data to assess and evaluate effectiveness of an academic program
  • Utilizes UAccess Analytics to support decision making of the Assistant Director

Program Development & On-boarding

  • Guide campus partners through the process of on-boarding new courses, certificates and full degree programs for the Online campus
  • Coordinates and plans the administration and operation of an academic program which may include policy development, budgeting, cost negotiation,
    expenditure and income forecasting, communication with internal/external constituents and the acquisition and allocation of resources.
  • Develop and manage the multi-year program investment process and portfolio to support existing and new program development.

Relationship Building

  • Works with internal and external partners to ensure all administrative processes are completed correctly and efficiently
  • Creates best practice guides, web content, and other resources to inform and support campus partners
  • Financial Aid External Awards Processing

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of Enrollment Management functions in UAccess
  • Knowledge of reporting within UAccess Analytics
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through professional level experience required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing schedule of classes and/or RCS processes.
  • Experience with Excel, Outlook scheduler and PowerPoint.
