Department's Website: Summary of Job Duties:Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduate Programs (GEAR UP) is a federal grant program in the United States that aims to increase the number of low-income students who are prepared to enter and succeed in postsecondary education. The GEAR UP Transition Coordinators will provide direct services to a cohort of students in accordance with rules and regulations of the Department of Education.
