Access Management Administrator

Genesis10 is seeking a Access Management Administrator for a contract with our client in Kansas City, MO.

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Access Management Administrator to support and manage access to multiple complex computer applications, directories, and domains. This role involves overseeing user lifecycle management, ensuring compliance with IT and security policies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer access management for multiple systems, handling user lifecycle tasks such as onboarding, transfers, offboarding, and access reviews.
• Gather, analyze, and summarize information from various sources to make decisions about provisioning appropriate access to IT resources.
• Manage customer requirements from intake systems and consultations, ensuring adherence to IT, audit, and security standards in access solutions.
• Ensure compliance with policies and standards through quality assurance activities and maintain communication to uphold customer service levels.
• Build strong relationships with business areas and other support teams to ensure efficient collaboration.
• Research and resolve access-related issues by applying technical knowledge and understanding of the business environment.
• Leverage product management and agile frameworks to deliver access solutions that meet business needs.

Required Basic Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in Identity and Access Management or cybersecurity.
• Basic understanding of Cloud provisioning and scripting languages such as PowerShell, Perl, JavaScript, or SQL is preferred.

Compensation:

Hourly W2 pay rate $30.00-$43.00

We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
