What You'll Do Reporting to the Global Manager - Organization Development and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, this position is part of a small OD, DEI and L&D team, responsible for leading the development, execution and implementation of global strategies that align with and support the company's objectives. Before we build and design from scratch, we leverage and improve the good practices that already exist across the business. We ensure our work is practical, effective, and consistently embedded in our systems and processes for long term sustainability. We work closely with the HR team and the business, providing strong support to ensure the strategies, plans, actions and initiatives are implemented across the organization. This role will be primarily responsible for developing and implementing regional (Americas) OD and DEI strategies, plans and actions.
