Posting Date: September 24, 2024 What your job will be like: As a detector scientist working on the Electron Ion Collider (EIC) detectors, you will work with scientists, engineers and technicians towards the design and construction of the detector elements. In particular, you will be working on the Si-based tracking system, as well as other tracking detectors, such as MPGD and diamond detectors. As the Control Account Manager for the EIC Detector Tracking Systems you will lead a team of scientists and engineers from JLab, Brookhaven National Lab (BNL) and multiple domestic and foreign partners to deliver the silicon and micropattern gas tracking detector systems for the ePIC detector.
