Job Description
Summary of Responsibility

In keeping with the Mission/Vision/Values of Centerstone, a TLP Advisor Team Lead provides day to day supervision and living skills instruction for the residents and carries out duties as assigned by the Program Manager. This includes providing training and support for residents to help them attain maximum independence and maintenance of appropriate documentation. A TLP Advisor Team Lead assists the Program Manager in assuring compliance with standards, regulations, and laws. A TLP Advisor Team Lead is required to use independent judgment (or works under the direction of supervisor) when performing job tasks/providing services. As part of Centerstone's team-oriented philosophy, a TLP Advisor Team Lead is expected to actively participate in variety of cross-functional teams and performance improvement initiatives.

Advisor Team Lead

  • Duties Include- Working as a TLP Advisor , while working your shift with the following added responsibilities:
  • Completing Walk through of site at the beginning and end of shift to ensure that the site is safe and clean
  • Checking De-briefing forms to ensure they are being completed for your shift
  • Checking medication forms to ensure staff are signing off during your shifts
  • Sitting in on interviews for an individual who is applying to work during your shift
  • Ensuring shifts are covered for your shifts each week
  • Completing MANDATORY monthly supervisions with the staff who are assigned on your shift
  • Ensuring the site has everything needed to run properly
  • Ensuring that all drills are completed on your shift as needed
  • Train all new staff for your shift (go over program manual/all policies and procedures)

MINIMUM CREDENTIALS/REQUIREMENTS

  • Requires Bachelor's degree in human services (social work, juvenile justice, etc.) or related field with some specific course work (e.g., psychology, education, social work, rehabilitation, sociology, special education, therapeutic recreation).

  • Position requires experience working with the public or a demonstrated interest to work with different population.

$19.10--$26.80
