As an Engine Sales Manager you will assist the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) with the relationship between Business Aviation and its customers, both in sales and customer relations with the goal to achieve sales and maintain positive margin and growth objectives. The ESM will be expected to generate prospects, formulate work scope specification, and finalize the sale through direct customer interactions, strategic marketing, and personal contact. The focus is on technical expertise in the specific discipline, with an emphasis on product knowledge and customer service to help the Global Sales Team and Quoters to craft customized proposals. The ESM will work as a team in the SW Central Region with other sales and production employees, and management to win business for StandardAero. Geographic area covered: NE, IA, KS, MO, OK, AR, and So. CA. What you will do:
