Maintenance Manager

QUALIFICATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Successful candidate will:
Be capable of all aspects of advanced electronic/electrical maintenance on industrial equipment including reading/understanding electrical schematics.
*Have complete knowledge of both mechanical and electronic principles as they apply to industrial machinery and controls, to include.
*Diagnosis and troubleshooting
*Repair of servo motors, electronic controls, processors, and other similar equipment.
*Repair of machinery
*Be resourceful in locating information for repair of equipment.
*Possess the skills and knowledge to perform this function without supervision.
*Be self-motivated to complete proactive maintenance tasks and improvement projects.
*Be able to program and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers.
*Display strong customer service skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities.
*Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends when necessary.

• EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Education: HS Diploma or equivalent and technical training in electronics: Associates Degree or higher in Electronics Technology preferred.
• Experience: 5 years Electrical, mechanical, and PLC experience Preferred. Computer experience and demonstrated ability to communicate and work in a team setting.
• PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Work involves movement throughout the facility, including warehouses, offices and shop floor.
• Can perform work sitting or standing.
• Must be able to occasionally bend, squat, kneel and reach.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment
• Must be able to travel occasionally
• Must be able to work at a computer station for long periods of time
• Ability to complete complex tasks under strict deadlines
