Our ESC Leave of Absence Specialist's play the integral role of providing consultative support across the company for all LOA programs. We understand the importance and value of each employee related process, so we drive and improve the dedicated resources and programs that serve our people. BE PART OF THE CONNECTION As an ESC Leave of Absence Specialist, you'll provide consultative support across the company for all leave of absence programs, inclusive of federal, state and local leaves. You'll serve as an internal consultant to the business, proactively liaise and leverage external resources (vendors, consulting partners, industry associations) and internal partners (HR) to assess and enhance existing processes, protocols, and programs. You'll serve as the subject matter expert for the leave programs in alignment and under the general direction and guidance of HR leadership; seldom are two days the same.
