Job Title Janitorial Account ManagerJob Description Summary The Janitorial Manager - Quality assurance will ensure our services are delivered and operations run smoothly and generate a consistent output that meet quality and efficiency standards. The Janitorial QA manager understands the Operations and the customer's needs, and possesses the detailed requirements for the account contract and KPIs. This position coordinates communications between management and the cleaning team and will include responsibilities for transitioning or transforming an account.The Janitorial Manager must have excellent communication and listening skills, with strong observational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
