Description Position Summary: LinQuest is seeking a Test Program Manager to join our team onsite at Hill AFB, UT. An active Secret clearance is required. Key Responsibilities Provide advice to Government leaders and program managers. Support requirements development, analysis of alternatives, verification and validation activities, and milestone preparation. Prepare/review engineering analysis reports and key acquisition documents, including RFP packages. Participate in technical interchange meetings, design reviews, program management reviews, certification working groups, and other technical meetings, as required. Guide and develop more junior PM team members. Required Skills and Experience: 10 years experience in direct Program Management. Experience with developmental and/or operational testing of military weapon systems. You must be an experienced and skilled leader, willing to meet challenges fearlessly and balance mission priorities across your team while successfully maintaining personnel and customer relationships: You thrive in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills and Experience: Experience as an engineer on a missile system or complex weapon system (especially ACAT I program or ICBM-related experience). Current Secret Clearance or higher. Knowledge or previous experience with Air Force Operations and acquisition programs. Previous experience with military weapon systems.
