The UHS Corporate Human Resources Department is hiring a Lawson HRIS Consultant to support the UHS's current Human Resources (HR) application - Infor Lawson Legacy S3 HR v10 and associated processes.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Provides HRIS process, data, and application daily support for all HR users to meet the needs of the business, including analyzing and resolving Tier 3 support type escalated issues
  • Support complex and analytical HR reporting as well as mass data uploads across the business. Review and resolve Lawson data integrations issues with internal and external HR related applications / vendors
  • Development and update of Infor Lawson HR process documentation for HR user education and training as needed
  • Assist with uploads of mass data into Infor Lawson HR with company-wide impact including merit increases, certifications, competencies, and performance ratings
  • Assist with maintaining data integrity by conducting regular data audits to address and improve data quality
  • Assist with Infor Lawson HRIS projects, such as supporting data conversions and testing for new acquisitions, upgrades, and enhancements
  • Development, editing and delivery of content for Infor Lawson HR end user guidance, support and training
  • Prepares status reports and keeps management and others informed of status and related issues

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8-10 years' experience with Infor Lawson Legacy S3 HR is a must have, preferably in healthcare.

  • Advanced functional knowledge of HR, Benefits, and Employment / Recruitment practices
  • Advanced HRIS application and integration knowledge and experience
  • Advanced analytical and problem resolution skills for complex issues
  • Strong communication, customer service and customer support skills at all levels
  • Advanced reporting skills, preferably with Crystal Reports, Lawson Add-Ins, SQL Developer and Microsoft Access
  • Advanced knowledge of Infor Lawson Legacy S3 HR table structures
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
