ChampionX is seeking an Inside Sales Administrator to support our Software Solutions Team for the Theta Business Unit in Houston, Texas or Bakersfield, California. This role will support all sales administrative functions, including providing professional and effective communication between the customer and inside sales staff and outside sales teams.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Liaison between our end users, channel partners and inside and outside sales teams while building relationships and collaborating with support and services teams through email, phone communication and quoting to receive perfect purchase orders.

  • Support the sales and technical support team members as well as corporate finance team

  • Create lead opportunities into CRM to assist with pipeline and forecast reporting

  • Process purchase order & quotes for the assigned sales group

  • Assist in managing customer assets, renewals and audits

  • Order office supplies as requested by the Managers

  • Enter and book sales orders in Oracle

  • Pull invoices and assist with invoice delivery

  • Problem solve issues related to customer orders and escalate as needed

  • Create sales data and customer data analysis for business reviews

  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2 years proven work experience in sales administration in a business setting.

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to execute detailed processes

  • Technical mindset, ability to support and understand basic technical issues

  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills

  • Team-player mindset with high level of dedication to raising the bar for the whole team

  • Ability to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines

  • Experience with data tracking and analysis

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Proficient with using Zoom and Teams for videos conferencing, sharing screens and calls

  • Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with all levels of employees and customers

  • Oracle experience is preferred

Preferred:

  • Associate's degree

  • Proficient in Power BI

Compensation:

$54,000/ year
