What you will do:



  • Ensure IT services and systems are fully supported liaising between business and our vendor support service for escalated items
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business goals and value are aligned with IT roadmaps
  • Ensure quality practices are followed while the team delivers our projects and services including benefits reviews, process and requirements assessments, design quality, testing, and deployment
  • Ensure projects are effectively transitioned to operations, including hyper-care leadership
  • Manage day-to-day sustainment activities executed by partners for all layers of support
  • Advise leadership teams on strategy and roadmaps
  • Mitigate risks and resolve escalated issues
  • Oversee delivery of IT projects and resources ensuring quality, adherence to PMO process, and alignment to stakeholder expectations
  • Manage portfolio project financials, forecasting and resource cost allocations
  • Lead both sustainment and project team members



What you will bring:



  • 7+yearspracticalexperience in analysis, delivering solutions and a degree inInformation Systems,Computer Science,Computer Engineering,or related equivalent
  • Passion for turning your curiosity-driven creativity into valued outcomes
  • Strong system and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Demonstrated capacity for delivering results with diverse stakeholder groups including senior leadership
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Adaptable, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced and self-directed environment
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Technical experience in multiple technology domains, and understanding of how that technology is used across multiple business functions, in multiple industries, to deliver business value
  • Prior experience building or supporting custom applications
  • Prior experience selecting, configuring, and deploying COTS applications
  • Willingness to learn, teach and share information with teammates, peers, management and help coach/lead junior team members



Compensation & Benefits:

$117,920 - $162,140. This range is estimated forService Delivery Manager, IT, Enterprise Applications, Operationsin Loveland, CO. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

We provide an attractive benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, vision coverage, and life insurance and well as disability coverage for positions working more than 30 hours per week. In addition, we have a retirement program that encourages our employees to save for the longer term, with generous matching employer contributions. Our benefit package also demonstrates our culture of care with paid vacation, sick days and holidays as well as paid personal and maternity/parental leaves and an Employee and Family Assistance Program. In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan and long-term incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee. Details will be discussed through the application process.
