Your Role at Baxter!

Your role at Baxter:Provide Quality Support to all site functions (Customer Service, Sales Team, Warehouse, and Operations) as needed. Conduct review of site documentation and reports for conformance to procedures, protocols and regulatory requirements. Ensure all product complaints are entered into the complaint system in timely manner

What you'll be doing:
  • Responsible for reviewing pertinent documents, records and reports against Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for accuracy and compliance to procedures based on regulatory requirements and internal guidelines, etc.
  • Write and update Standard procedures in compliance to QMS.
  • Coordinate and maintain relevant databases, preparing and issuing reports as defined by the area as well as developing custom reports as needed.
  • Assist in external and internal audits by maintaining audit records, extracting data from databases and crafting reports, collecting relevant data, etc.
  • Coordinate customer repairs.
  • Manage Document Change Control (DCR).
  • Inspect incoming products received from suppliers.
  • Issue customer credits for returned products.
  • Manage product rentals and loaners.
  • Primary contact for Customer Complaints and responsible for entering information into corporate Complaint System.
  • Identify and support continuous improvement projects
  • Work with cross functional team to meet site and department goals.
What you'll bring:
  • BS in business/science or equivalent degree
  • 3-5 years' experience in Quality Role.
  • Demonstrated Critical Thinking skills with focus on improved performance outcomes and positive business impact.
  • Good interpersonal/communication/influencing/negotiation skills.
  • Solid understanding of FDA Quality System Regulations, ISO-13485.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $76,000 - $104,500 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and/or long-term incentive.
