Overview The Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities (Cuyahoga DD) is seeking a Housing Coordinator to identify and collaborate with community partners to offer a variety of housing opportunities and resources in Cuyahoga County. This position will also routinely provide training and technical assistance to Support Administrators (SAs) regarding housing options and resources, and direct and oversee program services for TryTech apartments. The nature of work will include, but is not limited to the following:
Coordinate and oversee all activities and services related to the TryTech program. Includes recruiting participants, scheduling tours and admissions, planning with teams, maintaining adaptative and assistive technology equipment, budgeting, and day- to-day apartment maintenance. Assist individuals and teams to determine which assistive technology and equipment to incorporate into the person's permanent home. Maintain and analyze program data to support program outcomes.
UNUSUAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Frequent in county travel and occasional out of county travel, and may need to provide training, support to teams or attend meetings on occasional evenings/weekends. Flexible working hours may be required. ** STARTING SALARY: The salary range listed in the header is the full range for all employees in Pay Schedule D. It is important to understand that the range listed is NOT the range for a new hire. Actual new hire starting salaries are determined based on many factors including the breadth and depth of the knowledge, skills, education and experiences brought by the candidate.
