POSITION SUMMARY An operator who is responsible for operating grooming equipment in a safe and efficient manner to prepare, pack, and rebuild trails in order to provide consistent quality surfaces for our guests. This position is located at Snow Valley in Running Springs.* Starting wage between $21.28/hr. - $25.54/hr. depending on experience. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age A valid California driver's license with an acceptable driving record Experience in winter slope maintenance with a desire to operate snow grooming equipment Ability to pass the Company's training to operate equipment Able to read, understand, and comply with documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals, as well as record data accurately and in a timely fashion Ability to display a calm and collective demeanor during challenging operations Able to work flexible including second and third shifts, as well as weekends and holidays Offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation and your ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without accommodation.
