SALARY BETWEEN 90K-120K DEPENDING ON EXPEREINCE

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all branch functions, including managing resources and staff, attaining sales goals, delivering quality customer service, growing revenues, assisting with customer relations, implementing strategies to improve productivity and sales performance, and ensuring the branch meets its goals and objectives.
  • Oversee hiring, coaching, training, and developing associates
  • Consistently communicate between sales and operations to ensure customer's expectations are exceeded
  • Provide performance feedback timely using the company-approved platforms
  • Open willingness for continual learning
  • Interact with customers, vendors, and co-workers in a professional manner
  • Demonstrate an understanding of and follow all safety regulations and practices
  • Follow all Koorsen policies, procedures, and core values
  • Any other duties deemed appropriate by management

Required:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 5 years of management experience
  • The ability to successfully mentor and lead a team
  • Must be organized and have the ability to multi-task all responsibilities effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency working in Microsoft Suite; Outlook, Work, Excel
  • Must be able to meet state licensing requirements and vendor certifications
  • Pass drug and background screening
  • Valid driver's license

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to sit for long periods
  • Must effectively use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, etc.
  • Must be able to perform some repetitive motions while using a computer
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms

Hiring Process (in addition to an interview):

  1. New hires must complete the I-9 Verification form within 3 days of hire. This form is required by the U.S. Department of Justice and Immigration and Immigration and Naturalization Services. It is used to verify your identity and right to work in the United States. In addition, we verify employment eligibility via E-Verify.
  2. All Positions require background checks with criminal courts, state and county repositories of criminal records, and the Department of Motor Vehicles.
  3. A test for Evidence of Substance Abuse by urinalysis test is required if this application results in an offer of employment.
