Lead Line Cook

As the Lead Line Cook for our team, you will complete a variety of tasks which will include:
- Prepare and sell food within recommended timeframes.
- Operate kitchen equipment.
- Produce quality product in a timely and efficient manner.
- Prepare and cook all food items according to recipe, presentation standards, and specifications.
- Prepare ingredients, such as portioning, chopping, or storing.
- Check supply and prep lists to ensure all items are items are prepped within their timeframes.
- Wash and disinfect kitchen area, workstations, etc.
- Assist in providing training to new cooks.
The position is ideal for someone with the following experience and qualities:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Dependability and regular attendance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
