The LPN will be working in a Long-Term Structured Residence (LTSR) facility, with individuals with intellectual disability and/or mental illness. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Administer medications, monitor vital signs, assess for any physical illnesses, attend physician appointments and Educate residents and staff on healthy living and medication compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: * Graduate from an accredited practical/vocational nursing program and a current license as an LPN in the Pennsylvania or Ohio (per new regulations) required. * One (1) year of paid or volunteer experience working with intellectual disability, mental health/psychiatric diagnoses preferred. * A valid driver's license and vehicle. * CPR certified.
