POSITION PURPOSE: The LTL Coordinator plays an important role in ensuring that our warehouse operates with optimal precision and efficiency, helping to fulfill parcel, LTL and FTL orders and prepare them for shipment for. The LTL Coordinator will be active in CCR, PPD & COL carrier routing and documentation, TO creation, pick bin replenishment, perform bin validations, assist with detailed cycle counts, and operate both a sit-down and stand-up forklift. They will assist with KPI tracking, picking, loading/unloading outbound and inbound shipments, checking orders as needed. DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate TO's for daily shipments (storage location 1000,1010, & 1020)
- Schedule CCR, PPD & COL carrier routing and documentation.
- Assist with TO assignment for parcel or LTL orders.
- Validate material and paperwork on all LTL loads prior to shipping.
- MBOL for LTL; generate Ship Exec for UPS/FedEx Ground
- Complete PGI for all LTL.
- Recycle Program - reporting, auditing, and daily implementation.
- Report Management
- CDR Report - Resolve Picked not Goods Issue, Open Deliveries, Open ATP Deliveries daily.
- Daily/Weekly warehouse maintenance & checklists - recycling, equipment watering, forklift, etc.
- Assist with KPI reporting - gather/record RF device movements and errors.
- Assist with bin to bin or pick bin replenishment.
- Assist with detailed manual inventory cycle counts.
- Perform bin validations.
- Assist with all Forklift Operator duties - Unload, load, stack, wrap, move, stage and place products between various sections of the warehouse or containers using forklift.
- Team Lead/Liaison for contractors
- Answer customer service inquiries regarding order and shipment status.
- Provide tracking numbers and proof of delivery as needed.
- Daily correspondence with customer service for carrier requests on CCR routing.
- Work with other warehouse team members to effectively complete assigned tasks
- Trouble shoot checking stations, Ship Exec documents.
- Bi-Lingual SAP & process training.
- Assist in special projects as required by Operations Supervisor/Inventory Supervisor.
- Follow all warehouse policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain a Safe warehouse and drive a Safety-First culture.
- Ensures good housekeeping and cleanliness throughout the facility.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:
- Highschool diploma/GED required.
- 8+ years warehouse & cycle count experience required.
- 8+ years forklift operation experience
- Forklift certification for both stand-up & sit-down required.
- Attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license
- Computer literate: SAP & excel required.
- Physical stamina; must be able to lift 50+ lbs at a time.
- Good vision and good sense of balance
- Familiar with common warehouse tools and equipment
- Comfortable working independently
