Position Overview:
Our Biology Interns can work in various areas of the organization assisting Environmental Technicians/Specialists with aquatic plant control, water quality monitoring, laboratory analysis, special projects, and equipment maintenance or by assisting Technical Associates/Engineering Associates/Laboratory Specialists, with laboratory analysis of samples, glassware preparation, and data management.

Additional Information:
* Internships begin on May 19, 2025
* Interns will work 40 hours per week for a period of 10-12 weeks

Position Requirements


Qualified candidates must:
* Have completed their first year at a 4-year college or 2-year college (transfer program).
* Be pursuing a degree in Biology, Chemistry, Wildlife Management or other environmental related field of study.
* Must have a valid driver's license.
* Successfully undergo pre-employment physical and drug screen if selected for this position.

Salary Range
Rising Sophomore $17.00 per hour
Rising Junior $18.00 per hour
Rising Senior $19.00 per hour
