Overview

VTG is seeking a Sr. Associate, Digital Supply Chain Solutions, responsible for project solution development and execution, operations, client engagement and performance of Supply Chain projects enabled by digital capabilities. The Sr. Associate is also responsible for engaging at all levels of the Client Team to develop primary data to support project execution, solution integration, documentation, and a seamless transition of the solution, including training.


What will you do?

  • Operations
    • Collaborative responsibility for advancing the Digital Supply Chain Solutions business through project performance with an emphasis on Logistics, Supply Chain and Operational Readiness in both Aviation and Maritime.
    • Ability to co-lead and assume responsibility for sub-elements of projects and requirements contributing to their success within the organizational structure of a Project Team.
    • Communicate performance of the project across key factors - Project Plan, Deliverables, and Quality Management.
    • Develop Project Plans, Testing Plans / Procedures, Reporting Dashboards, Project Recovery Plans and similar requirements for Supply Chain and Logistics Digital Solutions. Additionally, the Sr. Associate should be fluent in Project financials and workforce staffing forecasts for measurement against the proposed plan baseline.
    • Support and contribute to comprehensive monthly program business reviews for all projects within the organizational structure of a Project Team.
    • Collaborate / engage across Project Teams to identify opportunities for improving quality, efficiency, and cost savings.
    • Have the ability and awareness to qualify new ideas from all levels in the Client Team.
    • Contribute to the communication of achievements and growth areas of the project's performance.
    • Keep Project Leadership apprised of customer activities to ensure high quality engagement and integration.
    • Contribute to the alignment in compliance with all corporate operational policies and standards.
  • Growth
    • Actively contribute to defining and implementing the vision and strategic roadmap to support a transformational and growth-oriented organization.
    • Identify and understand federal government customer requirements and resulting project opportunities.
    • Integrate with key partner to ensure relationships are aligned and promote performance for the overall Project
    • Maintain awareness of Government and Industry forums and trade shows to maintain currency in capabilities.
    • Maintain awareness and contribute, where appropriate, to pipeline development, capture strategies and proposal development.

    • 5+ years' related experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Quality or Engineering services industry with demonstrated project performance.
    • Proven experience in project execution, and results.
    • Knowledge of federal clients and their mission.
    • Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills; thorough, clear, and timely oral and written communications; Ability to make formal presentations.
    • Demonstrated subject matter credibility.
    • Attention to detail and superior time management and organizational skills.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
    • Eligibility for U.S. security clearance.
    • Willing to travel.
  • Education and/or Experience
    • Bachelor's Degree: Supply Chain, Business, Data Analytics, Logistics
  • Mathematical Skills
    • Ability to work with mathematical concepts, such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of financial planning and performance. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
