Onsite Technical Writer-Semiconductor Lab Operations Category: Manufacturing & Production Employment Type: Contract Reference: BH-378283 Onsite Technical Writer-Semiconductor Lab Operations needed for a 6-month contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Santa Clara, California Pay Rate: $50- $60 per hour The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess: Solid interpersonal skills Strong analytical skills Ability to quickly adapt to change What You Will Be Doing: Support all Lab Security functional teams for all phases of Lab Security Consult with engineering and technical staff to prepare technical and end user documentation for hardware/software Will develop documentation templates for program use, (standardized workflows, procedures, job aids) that do not currently exist, (e.g., Command media has a standard process template that must be used) Share documents during meetings for redline/commentary by team members and update version-controlled documents Track through all stages of release: Conceptual, Draft, Final, Release What You Need to Bring to the Table: Writes about technical subjects for technical and nontechnical audiences assists in reformatting content for various media types, (landing site, monitors, etc.) Assists in creating scripts for video tutorialstests and updates existing documentation with input from SMEs, Core team members; adheres to company branding guide Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred 2 to 5 years of experience Previous technical writer experience a semiconductor environment Experience with technical writing for Lab Operations What's In It For You?
