As the Coatings, Sealants, Packaging & Adhesives (CSPA) Portfolio Process Manager you will be at the forefront of innovation in the aerospace industry. You will collaborate with teams across PPG to ensure the stage gate program/process operates effectively. This is a hybrid role based at our Sylmar, CA. facility. You will report to the Global Director of Product Launch & Customer Support. Key Responsibilities Interface with corporate level cross functional teams and represent the Aerospace business unit during development of new processes Drive implementation & training of new program management tools into Aerospace CSPA functions Provide data and analytics of the Aerospace CSPA portfolio to internal & corporate functions Coordinate with the Product Managers & Directors to ensure compliance to the stage gate process Lead gate reviews by interfacing with S&T, R&D, and Platform teams Liaise with Quality, EHS, Product Stewardship to support the stage gate process Support derisking efforts working with platform product managers, procurement, supply chain, operations, technical and quality teams Support Global Director Product Launch & Customer Support in development and/or adoption of tools for portfolio management Qualifications 5+ years of experience in process management or highly process driven roles US Citizen Bachelor's Degree in business, technical or related field preferred Must be able to speak, read, write & interpret technical information in English Available to travel 25% annually #LI- Hybrid Salary Range $87,000-$110,000 plus annual bonus Gamele de salarii i de beneficii ale PPG pot varia in funcie de locaie, ceea ce ne permite s compensm angajaii in mod competitiv pe diferite piee geografice.
