THE JOB:

As a Barista in Roasted Bean, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by serving guests in our cafe. By understanding our guests' unique stories and needs, you will deliver WOW experiences that our guests will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING PAY: $12.71

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet and engage with guests, smiling, and hearing their stories as you complete transactions within the POS registers, and ensure store stock and cleanliness.
• Craft different types of coffee, tea and other beverages
• Consistently provide a positive guest experience by maintaining the appearance of the front and back-of-house areas to company standards.
• Ensure guest safety by following proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
