Job DescriptionThe Sr. Coordinator role supports the PMX Content, Engagement and Learning teams, as well as other related Marketing functions, with the development and administration of content, events, and programs. Working with subject matter experts from within the Groupe, the team creates and distributes resources such as written communications, e-learning courses, live training and events, reporting, and more to support the Publicis Media employee base. The Sr. Coordinator will assist with program management in our core internal platforms, including the Learning Management System (LMS), the company's intranet, content management systems, and communication platforms. Duties include drafting, editing, and/or uploading written content; managing reporting; video content creation, editing, captioning, and publishing; and handling administrative tasks associated with live training, e-learning, and other content and communication programs. You will report to Vice President, Solutions Consulting This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week.
