About this role:

iRhythm is currently seeking an experienced Intake Operator I in our Deerfield, IL location. OurIntake environment is fast paced, with a collaborative atmosphere. Most of all, we are passionateabout delivering innovations that improve the quality of health care and the patient experience.We are looking for like-minded individuals to join our team today!

Specific job responsibilities include:



  • Follow HIPAA, ISO 13485, Joint Commission, and OSHA standards
  • Follow all Work Instructions, SOP's, and safety requirements
  • Comply with IRhythm's policy, procedures, and quality standards, and safety andenvironmental regulations
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the Patch Intake room and work surfaces within
  • Perform good recycling practices
  • Receive and process the Patch device (includes de-kitting and verification of patientinformation)
  • Upload data from the Patch device to iRhythm's proprietary software tools
  • Ability to meet deadlines/goals/objectives
  • Identify and communicate any safety, quality, and process issues or concerns asapplicable
  • Understand and comply with Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
  • Participate in lean activities and 5S improvement
  • Support problem-solving small group activities

Experience:



  • High school education or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum three months related experience - in a medical device, manufacturing, orregulatory environment, preferred
  • Computer proficiency required
  • Data entry experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a team environment, supporting the objectives and goals of theorganization
  • Good time management skills
  • Flexibility in work assignments



Physical Demand:



  • Sitting, standing, or walking for prolonged periods of time
  • Lifting and/or moving up to 30 pounds
  • High level of repetitive motion at moderate to fast pace of upper torso, hands, arms, and wrists

Actual compensation may vary depending on job-related factors including knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.

Estimated Pay Range
$32,000 $45,300 USD
