Home Care Float Nurse, RN - Full Time .8 - 1.0 FTE - This position will support Ecumen's Duluth, Mankato and Litchfiled locations - Day Shift Monday-Friday. The Ecumen Float Pool serves Metro Area Home Care locations and clients. We're hiring Float Pool Registered Nurses to support our team members, residents, and family members. Travel is required for this position. You will have the opportunity to work with our teams throughout the Minnesota. The Home Care Float Nurse, RN is responsible for ensuring the health and safety needs of all patients are met. This position will also help ensure that hospice is in compliance with current regulations and standards of practice. This position serves a wide variety of patients across all Ecumen Hospice branches, travels between multiple locations based on Ecumen's needs, and must be able to relate professionally with patients, team members, facility staff, and hospice physicians.
