Responsible for the administrative management of designated programmatic and educational functions for Invasive Cardiology. This position supports the Cardiac Cath Lab, Cardiovascular Device Service, Cardiac Transition Unit, and Electrophysiology (EP) Lab.
Position is Monday - Friday. No weekends, no holidays. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program required. Bachelor's of Science in Nursing Degree is preferred. Experience: 3 years relevant experience. Cardiology or procedural experience preferred. Licensure: Licensed to Practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Job requirements: Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull 20 - 50lbs. May be exposed to blood/body fluids and infectious disease.
